CreatiVets is excited to announce the launch of a $5 million capital campaign to establish a permanent home for our veteran-focused art and music programs in Nashville. We are raising funds to purchase and preserve a building in Nashville. This new space will allow us to significantly expand our programming, providing veterans with a safe and supportive environment to heal through creative expression.
The new CreatiVets Art & Music Center will serve as a sanctuary where veterans can explore artistic disciplines like painting, ceramics, woodworking, and songwriting. The building will feature a performance stage and event space, an art gallery, 24-hour access to a makerspace, and more, ensuring veterans always have a place to turn to channel their emotions into creative outlets, especially during moments of crisis.
In addition to being a creative hub, the center will generate sustainable revenue through leasing portions of the building to like-minded organizations, such as artists, co-working spaces, or small businesses. This approach ensures we can maintain the facility and offer our services free of charge to veterans.
This campaign is about much more than acquiring a building—it's about building a future for the veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country. With your support, we can provide these heroes a space to heal, thrive, and reconnect with their community.
